Because the lift is done by a truck-mounted HIAB with up to 21.55 metres of reach, the lorry does not need to get alongside the final position. It can stand on the road and place the unit over a fence, across a verge, or behind an existing building.
That reach is what makes a site “possible” rather than “we will need a crane in”.
What decides whether it can be done
Send us:
- The unit — size and rough weight
- Where the lorry can realistically stand
- How far from there to the final position, and what is in between
- Overhead obstructions — cables, branches, canopies
We would far rather rule a site out on the phone than send a lorry to it.
